Corporate Policy Against Corruption


Almeida Gomes promotes actions to prevent and combat corruption and bribery, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, by spreading cultural awareness within its corporation, ensuring the confidentiality of the complaint and prohibiting any person or organization acting in accordance with the law. 5.0 - Specific Standards of Conduct for Public Administration

5.1 - Almeida Gomes, in the person of its representatives, and of its entire staff commit themselves to combat any practices harmful to the Public Administration, such as:

Responsibility - Actions are based on the precepts and ethical values of this Code, in order to eliminate corrupt actions and attitudes, as well as to protect public assets, with the appropriate use of information, assets and other resources made available for the effective management of ensuring protection for those who report violations of this Code.


Safety Rules



Almeida Gomes uses the Regulatory Standards (NR) that aim to protect workers from health and safety risks in the practice of their activities. Its provisions are governed by the Consolidation of Labor Laws.
