The reason for the change is to offer better conditions of service to the insured, besides providing savings to the public coffers, with the end of the rent. The new building, built on INSS's own land, has 874 m2, four rooms for medical expertise, two Professional Rehabilitation rooms and one for the Social Assessment of the benefits of continued provision. The unit's average monthly attendance is 2,800 people.

The new branch is installed according to high infrastructure standards. Fully air-conditioned, it has modern computer equipment and features accessibility features for people with disabilities or reduced mobility. ”
